Everyone received a Candy cane - with individualized holiday greeting...
Perhaps the best Yuletide decoration
Is being wreathed in smiles :)

And now these three remain:
Faith, hope and love.
But the greatest of these is love.

May Peace be your gift at Christmas
And your blessing all year through.
May the spirit of Christmas bring you peace,
The gladness of Christmas give you hope,
The warmth of Christmas grant you love.Christmas is not as much
about opening our presents
As opening our hearts.
Merry Christmas!! :)

Hi Cherry !!

I love the cream ouff christmas tree !! Lots of work done to make it & to assemble it. Think Singapore weather is too hot to make this, all the cream will melt.

I guess that you have learn from a prof baker and not those homebaker who teaches you, right? I perfer those class than homebaker as I ever attend before...so wanna learn something different.

Drop me a email ...irenegoh2003@yahoo.com

Just discovered this nice blog and the various baking. I always find difficulties in making a light sponge cake. I saw that the Jialei's sponge cake has little fat and water added. How is this sponge compared to those who has 100gm flour with 100 gm meted butter added? Which do you think is lighter? Hope to see your reply. Thanks.
