My sis just told me about this video done by aunty Poh Geok! Aunty Poh is awesome and I just love her! She cooks healthy (yet delicious) vegetarian food. I think they opened a restaurant in Clarke Quey recently BUT i don't know the place...haven't been there. Will definitely check it out when I'm in Singapore! Enjoy watching how tofu ice cream is made and listen to unfiltered pure Singaporean accent. LOL
