Her family's version consists of lettuce as a base, topped with a slice of tomato, french fries, onions and beef. (For a vegetarian option, use tofu instead of beef). Caramelize the onions in a skillet and add in the garlic, meat or tofu. Season with vegetarian oyster sauce, pepper, sesame seed, salt and sugar.
