Jacques Torres Cookies revisted

Combining the best of both worlds, I mixed the chocolate chip cookies recipe with the mudslide cookies recipe and topped it with a chocolate chip. It turned out wonderful!  :)

Add vanilla ice cream between both cookies makes a wonderful ice-cream cookie. :)
